Been here 2 times in 3 months for deep tissue, and brought my mom the second time around. Landon is... truly gifted and is able to work through some terrible shoulder / head / neck tension that I always struggle with. I feel he really knows what he is doing rather than just following a practiced routine. He is able to go very deep into the knots/problem areas without inflicting pain in any unnecessary areas. It is very easy to communicate with him about which areas I need him to focus on, which makes the massage that much more effective. Will be back again!My mom had Lindsey and enjoyed her massage a lot as well. She was really tired so she passed out in the middle of the massage, and said afterwards she felt energized and rejuvenated.read more

I’d never had a Thai massage before, but it was revelatory. By laying on a mattress on the ground,... the masseuse was able to really get in there and work the legs and joints well. And, I even got the “walking on the back” treatment too. I was nervous that it was going to be too intense, but I actually felt even better than usual after a massage. I have spent a lot of time in Thailand and have had many thai massages, but my recent session with... cheyenne was one of the best I've had. It was one of the more authentic and yogic bodily experiences I've ever had, and her energy was so comforting i really felt trust with her as a therapist. She walked on my back and legs which normally would have made me nervous, but her technique was spot on. I left her office feeling reborn and 3 inches taller. Don’t waste your time. The disappointment is that I went once and had a great session. But this... place is WEIRD !1) the front door is always locked so it’s hard to know if anyone is there.2) you can only contact via text or email. And apparently the text method doesn’t get checked often because I texted once when sick at 5:30am but by 1pm my masseuse never got the message.3) today I went back again and no one was there. A second customer was also in the hallway and she tried contacting but also got no response. So they MISSED 2 appointments at the same time.I hope Debbie can find a better place to work. She deserves it.read more

I visited Jantala Thai Massage twice during a recent stay in Denver, and each time I left... wonderfully relaxed and imbued with a renewed sense of energy and well-being. The masseuse who worked these miracles was named “Pantip”, and she had a keen ability to locate and release various trigger points I hadn’t even known existed. She used just the right amount of pressure, and was careful not to cause pain or discomfort. I highly recommend her in particular, but my wife, our daughter and our son-in-law have each enjoyed massages by others at Jantala, and they too have described wonderful, relaxing experiences.Jantala also offers other types of massage, cupping, cranial sacral therapy and more. Give them a try the next time you are in Denver. You won’t regret it!read more

I absolutely adore this place. Not only is the atmosphere calming, but the personal touches (like... the hot tea, and the pre-session foot soak) add to an incredibly restorative experience. I often see Cheyenne who I can confidently say as a licensed massage therapist myself, is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever booked with. She has an incredibly intentional, patient, and healing touch. She takes the time to ask you how you’re doing and how you’re taking care of yourself outside of the sessions, and she truly goes the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience. I really appreciate this because I often forget to check in with myself and make time for self care. She’s also very knowledgable and can often figure out what’s going on In my body before I can! I could say a million great things about her but I highly encourage you to book a session with her, or anyone at Jantala and experience it for yourself!read more

Cheyenne is a healer! Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a massage spa. I had... been sick with awful, deep, body aches and muscle tension, recovering from the flu. When I explained all of this and my work to Cheyenne, her energy was calm, secure and above all so warm. I trusted her right away. She was thoughtful, intuitive and knew exactly what my body needed to feel better.I almost cancelled the morning of because I could barely get out of bed from how stiff and painful my entire body felt…I am so glad I didn’t! I booked for 50 min reflexology and 60 min Advanced Therapeutic Massage. The reflexology was absolutely incredible. I could feel tensions, stiffness and pain melt away. Afterwards she incorporated cupping and blended up detoxifying herbs for my massage. She worked out some insane knots I had, it hurt so good! She totally drew the malaise right out of me. When I got off of the table, I was *completely* pain free!!Everything about my experience here was wonderful. I am really happy I found Jantala, can’t wait to return.read more

I booked an advanced therapeutic massage with Lyndsey and it was phenomenal. She used hot stones,... cupping techniques, and Thai stretching to really work on my tight muscles. Many massage places will focus on your shoulders and back, but Lyndsey truly provided a whole-body experience - I loved the Thai massage on my lower body in particular since I have right hips and hamstrings.This is not the most relaxing massage by any means but your body will feel AMAZING afterwards.read more
