I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscle tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

If I experience pain and discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during and/or after the session.

I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition.

The massage provided are strictly therapeutic and NON-sexual/sensual. Inappropriate verbal or non-verbal sexual behavior will result in termination of the session, and full payment will be charged.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling:
If you made a booking and cannot attend, please cancel and/or reschedule your booking 12 hours in advance.

* Cancellation 6-12 hours prior to appointment, 50% will be charged.
* Cancellation 0-6 hours prior to appointment, full price will be charged.

No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” No-Shows will be charged for the appointment.

Non-Refundable Services

Cancel Gift Certificate/ Pre-Paid Booking: $7 Fees for Credit Card transaction.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the Full Cost of the session.

Covid-19
I understand that this business and my massage therapist cannot be held liable for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19

Gift Certificates - Never Expired:
A Gift Certificate redeems at a dollar value of purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

By signing this release, I hereby waive and release my therapist from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to massage therapy and bodywork.
